I was there in January 2015 and used them just fine. And yes, they bill in USD. I'll be there in January 2016 and am assuming they will work just fine. Just bought myself a couple of them. If you already don't know, Hyatt is discounting 10% with code GPGIFT15 and if combined with AMEX open savings, you get another 5%.
