Cap Rocat is by far the best option, but it is adult only, so no good for you. It is only 15-20 mins drive from the airport/Palma.

La Residencia is a beautiful property with some very acceptable suites, but also with the usual Belmond inability to cook well, unfortunately.

I have not stayed at Son Net for ages, but used to love it - a very civilised resort with a lovely pool and good food & service. Not sure what it is like these days.
