How recent is the Five Star benefit? From what I remember it was only Gold status as a Canadian benefit back in 2012, although I've seen the addition of Five Star for at least half a year.

Whenever I've called in to have my Gold status upgraded to Five Star at AMEX, they just tell me to fill in a standard form which does nothing.
