...and I guess they make that policy public yes? Otherwise how would you know? Don't get me wrong - I suspect something like that does go on unofficially, at least at some levels, but stating it as fact is a little off the mark I'd say.
I'd love to hear more about what it's like to work for Aegean actually. Are the staff generally happy? I'd guess so with a fairly secure job with a successful company in the current climate. Are they well paid by industry standards? What are the main gripes etc.
