I didn't have any issues with getting the ticket issued at the ticket office. The staff did take some time to get the taxes calculated, but in the end they managed to get the amount right.

I also called ANA a few days prior to inquire about my Amadeus booking reference, and I was able to select seats in advance before going to the ticket office.
