If you are considering those 3 properties, and you can live without being on the beach, you should also consider Hotel Wailea. IMO, Andaz looks nice but it is a big hotel (good restaurants though) with all that implies. FS is a zoo. Montage is a contender for sure, but has very high rates and is a little isolated in you are looking for a broad range of dining choices. Hotel Wailea has a great restaurant and a lovely pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not being on the beach really isn't a big deal because if you are in Wailea the best beach is definitely Makena, which requires a drive from any of the properties you mentioned. Just my $0.02.
