Strange strategy by BA. Staff turn over is not only bad for overall morale it's a serious cost to the business, with recruitment, training, new uniforms etc etc. . When I had my own company staff retention was a top priority.
I totally agree but as I stated way back in post #2 of this thread this does not appear to be the way the world is working at the moment. It will be interesting to see what happens when the economy fully recovers and the companies who have a reputation for badly treating staff find out that no one wants to work for them.
