People are leaving in droves. Inexperienced crew are soon to be trained as CSM. It's not a great place to be right now.
Excellent the race to the bottom continues

I've worked for companies where the experienced staff were leaving either voluntarily or being pushed and it didn't end well*. This sounds like short term gain long term pain and BA haven't worked out that some customers like to meet people who know what they're doing because they've been doing it awhile.
I suggested at one place that the directors should take a £1000 pay cut for each member of staff they wanted to lose from the business or cut the pay of, should the profit vs revenue be above a certain percent. With a limit set of around £50k minimum salary i.e. they couldn't drop beneath that despite the cuts. Seemed fair enough to me, they had to feel the pain of their employees who were suffering from their decisions.
