And also, if they do fly Y, that's a heck of a lot of air marshals.
If it's like the US, marshals ONLY sit in the highest class of service, and WILL and DO bump pax down if it is not available. They're pretty much the ultimate DYKWIA dikheads of the sky.... For our safety.
