Something like this: Get lost (somewhat politely depending on who it is).
Then I add " when I tried to get you signed up for the Sprint 40k, Dining for miles, the AA 2Ok, FFF 1+2, Valumags, Keloggs etc etc you did'nt want take the bother to complete the qualification .."
And its true I am amazed at the amount friends I personally signed up for FFF-1 and they did not even bother to complete a few idine visits.
Some of them wont even spend the time to sign up for a FF program.
