Yes, although in fairness the second snack is truly minimal. Also it is not "nearly 10 hours", CDG-CVG is listed as 9h 8 minutes block time and in practice is about 8hr or less in the sky if that. And as Goldorak very rightly mentions, you must choose the country of the site where the ticket was issued to make changes although the AF website conveniently does it for you if you just click on the link.
