I was on a 4.5 hour internal US flight yesterday and it appeared from passengers around me that the AA onboard Wifi was working absolutely fine. I know it's maybe easier for connectivity when above land for most of the journey, but I was surprised to see how many of the pax just saw wifi connectivity as normal.

I agree it's sometimes not good to be first adopter but I do think BA is a couple of years behind the game here - especially following the great flight I had maybe 18 months ago on the BA 747 with the trial wifi which was working a treat when I was onboard. I think that especially on EU business routes it would be very well used.
