If not and still do not work, one can try calling DL, give them the ticket number and DL res can check is the FF number is input correctly?
as for a DL 006 ticket it should earn RDM, MQM and MQD
The leg does appear on my sky miles account along with the other legs that have earned mileage credit. However I noticed the Cityjet leg did states it is not eligible for mileage credit. Even though it is a KLM marketed flight on a 006 stock.
Sure enough I called Delta and they said it was an IT Glitch with the city jet flights out of LCY not being recorded properly. They have sent a mileage request to KLM to credit the additional MQMs Miles and MQDs. For the record I do see the trip showing up on my Flying Blue account. They assured me that by Monday (11/23), all would be in order.
I calculated that this year I will be 994 MQMs short of gold status and therefore this leg is going to get me the additional 1,000 MQMs I need
