As I said in a previous post, this is probably the best "large company" mass market coffee available. It's an Italian company that sells worldwide, with about 50% of their coffee consumed in Italy. By big company standards however, it's not a behemoth, with only about 400 million dollars per year in gross revenues. Think of it as a Mercedes, but not a Rolls Royce.

The previous coffee was swill that would have ashamed even a WWII army cook.

So yes...this is much better, even for those that our not coffee connoisseurs. And as others have note, bring back espresso machines in Business. And install espresso machines in United Clubs! It's even better in their espresso versions.
