Pros:
-Great service, the best I can ever remember at a buffet
-Big fresh shrimps
-Fresh hot and cold foods coming out even at ~9:30 pm
-Decent value; I believe dinner was $17.95/person
Cons:
-No crab legs on weeknights (though I'm unsure if other casino buffets in Reno offer this anyway)
-Desserts were kind of lacking
We had a 3 night stay at the Grand Sierra that was comped along with $100 food credit - so this may be a little biased but we were overall impressed. The room was recently renovated and quite nice. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was really superb and reasonably priced for the quality of food and service. We also ate at the steak restaurant, which was very good but definitely overpriced. .
