The official PDF states that seat power is good to 125w - can anyone confirm if this issue was limited to our aircraft or is this a known limitation to BA A380`s?
I have had no issues on the 777. If there is indeed a problem it would affect my choice of aircraft in the future.
Thanks in advance.
This will sound like a stupid point but I often find my charger falls out of the socket. There's some kind of switch on the interior of the socket and if the body of the plug is not pressed tight, it does cut off. It doesn't switch back on unless you fully remove the plug and start again.
Probably this was not the problem for you but for others experiencing intermittent trouble with the sockets it is worth ensuring the plug is firmly seated against the socket.
