I use BHD lounge seven or eight times a year on the way back from seeing my family in Belfast - the staff there are consistently fantastic. Always come up for a chat, look after everyone, on hand to top up drinks (even if it is from the self-pour bar) and take care of any onward travel issues. I go early to the airport (my parents live five minutes away) as it is so relaxing.
