Have you done 4 BA qualifying flights? If so look for a return one-stop route on AA and book in F which will earn 60+60 TPs each way. You just need to attach your BAEC number to the AA booking. That will probably be the cheapest way to get 240 TPs.

Flying business class internationally you would get lounge access anyway. You really need to look at your future travel patterns and weigh that up against BA Silver benefits.
