I had heard some bad stories on here but we had decent service. No service failures to speak of.
They forgot to get my bag out of a taxi (huge dakine split roller) and the woman had to run after the taxi down the street!!!
On check out (flight was midnight from kix) we asked to leave our luggage (no issue) and shower before we left. They made it seem like showering was a massive inconvenience...I spent 4 nights there at £500 a night and they made it seem like we were being awkward.
No service recovery for the bag incident either not even a drink at the bar.
Beautiful hotel very poor service.
