We are planning a 2 1/2 week trip from LAX to the Amalfi Coast and then driving through Italy to a location where we can hopefully board a ferry, cruise or plane and visit a few of the Greek islands. We would like to travel next June and we are looking for any input. We are two couples in our early 40's and we don't mind driving. We like 4-5 star locations. We would love any advice on flights, great hotels, best routes, best cities/islands etc.
