Nice to see YVR-SJC, it feels like it's about time. Even if it's Rouge. But twice a day surprises me. Also surprising to me WS didn't already have it. Might be able to hook up with some of the other services at SJC like ANA, if you don't like the aircraft from YVR.

I like YVR-ORD on mainline, that'll be a nice companion to the YVR-ORD service by UA. I'll take AC over UA any day. I'd hope it's a red eye, but I'm not sure that info was available yet, since the UA service is a 6am (or is it 7am?).

I do wonder though how many of these services will stick. I always like the expansion of the network but I do wonder. BNE, KIX are those gonna be good enough to stay? Some of the other Rouge European expansion, even though they aren't daily are they gonna stick? Maybe a bit OT but what might be the load factor percentage difference that a mainline route would need to have OVER a rouge route to keep it going? IE: at mainline costs/prices would a flight need to stay at 80% load to be profitable vs 65% for rouge?
