Well, considering this is allegedly an IT issue. >90% of the people who tell me there's something wrong with the system, it ends up being user error.

Gartner and others have done studies where they've shown that >75% of IT woes is user error.

Since this isn't a systemic issue as it appears to be a one off, i'm going to guess the customer is either lying or unaware.

We all fly a lot on AC (well mostly ) has any FTer ever mentioned this? I don't seem to recall....so i'll err on the side of the fence of "user error"
