I just booked 2 nights there for early May on points. I'm a Lifetime Plat and traveling with a friend. This is a bucket list item. I've wanted to get to Greece my entire life and only now, with the accumulation of enough points, am I certain to go. It's happening right as my medical problems are getting worse, so I'm praying I make it through the Winter without anything getting worse. This place looks great on the website and Crete was always a dream of mine. I'm wondering if any of those Platinum upgrades do happen? I booked a Deluxe Bungalow with my 20K points, but if the AAA rates are still where they are now, I might just pay for it. Either way, it'd sure be nice to get an upgrade at this particular hotel. By the time we arrive I'll be craving some privacy. But honestly, it just looks and sounds spectacular.
