I'm PHL-based and taking advantage of a SEA - ZFV segment for legitimate purposes. My flight arrives around 2:30 PM and the ticketed train is for 6:47 PM. You can ask at the Amtrak ticketing booth. Alternatively, ask the conductor when the train pulls in - as long as your coupon is lifted, it doesn't really matter which train you're riding.
