Just finished a great stay paid cash $265 ++ a night used DSU. The room is fantastic I only rate Zurich and Park Hyatt NY as better suites. Like people have mentioned service can be slow but it's always friendly. I think the mistakes are because what you ask for is lost in translation. 90 percent of the staff is fluent. Chao Pescao has a great vibe we enjoyed seats at the bar the have fantastic craft cocktails. We winter in Hawaii and will definitely be back. Weather said 80% chance of rain and we got maybe an hour in the evening twice. I think the shoulder season is a great time to go it's a lot cheaper
