There are no cruise ships sailing on regular schedules between the islands and the US mainland, though it might be possible to find a cargo ship making the voyage. Matson's has regularly scheduled cargo service between several west coast ports and Honolulu. Even so, it's probably not a very nice voyage.

The only passenger option used to be to catch the cruise ships as they were transitioning from Alaska seasonal service to other service and you could catch a transitional voyage between the islands and Alaska, though there's been lots of changes in the cruise ship industry here lately, so I'm not sure if anything is currently offered or not.
