Do you actually think that our legislative branch, which already isn't the most efficient, should pass more useless laws to ensure someone gets a free ticket, upgrade or C+ seat? Please promote that idea to your congressman and see how quickly these programs go away. Again, they are voluntary and free and can be cancelled at any time. Then what would people do with all those miles they've been hoarding?
