I called 3 times the reservation hotline - no way to redeem my points at Hyatt Ziva Cancun as a diamond member for any date on thxgiving week (23-27), even though there is "standard room" rate available. What is the point of being a hyatt diamond member if there is such "limited" amount of point rooms available?!
