hah at least its not UA, where no partner airlines count towards MM status. Then again at least you can earn lifetime 1k or GS there.
As with AA codeshares where you earn 100% miles, then you'll get 100% BIS miles for MM status. When it goes revenue i'm guessing it'll revert to pure BIS miles, maybe, depending on whatever earning scheme is installed for partners.
