I'm at 10 segments this year (damn you non-star allianz low cost companies with your attractive prices!) and definitely won't get to 30 by year end.

I live in switzerland, and I used to fly quite often when I was studying because I'm actually from Brussels, so I'd go back every now and then with either Swiss or SN.

I had the FTL status last year, thanks to a business class flight to Thailand and Cambodge but unfortunately I lost it due to a lack of miles
I still have the message from M&M offering me to pay 500$ to keep the FTL status, it says that if I buy it, i'll keep it until february 2017.

If that actually works, do you know if I'll keep my status miles from this year throughout 2016, giving me the chance to get to 35k to keep the FTL status another 2 years ?
