I don't travel as much as some of you probably, so I wonder if any of you can offer advice on getting rid of the old home phone line for good? Have many of you done this?

I can't stand getting bilked by the telco for both a land line and wireless. I'm thinking of just going with the wireless.

Aside from not being able to talk for as long as I want, it seems like a good plan -- what do you think?
