Recently checked our Evouchers and discovered that when we last flew together they took vouchers from both myself and my wife even though I am *G and we were flying Bus class.
As well as that my wife flew to Wellington last Sunday and returned Monday by herself and they took vouchers from both her and my accounts even though I was sitting at home.
Phoned AirNZ who said they would reinstate but it has not happened.
Total of 8 taken when only 2 should have been.
Just checked and they have reinstated 2 of my wife's but they have taken the ones with the longest expiry date rather than the shortest!!!!
