Well, still no call or wallet from UAL, and it's been two weeks tomorrow.

Happily, no one has tried to use the credit cards, but I reckon it's time for me to give up getting anything back.

I'd like to write a letter complaining about how this was handled. Suggestions for whom I should address it to would be most appreciated.
