Another reason I think I'll stick with Continental.

Three years ago I put my camera (a compact 35 mm, reasonably expensive) on the counter while checking in at SEA, then walked away and forgot it. By the time I got home (EWR), there was a message on my phone that I'd left it and they were shipping it to EWR. So, I had to go pick it up but it was a small price to pay. Interestingly, there was a computer print-out with my name, address, Silver status ("plz extend all courtesies") and my mileage to date inside the box. Big Brother is alive and well.

I've taken many good pictures with that camera since.
