Tracing when an Aircraft was refurbished

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers as to how to (a) find out the tail number/reg. of a BA aircraft I flew on Sunday and then how to use that to (b) find out when it was refurbished.

The flight was BA 662 LHR-LCA on Sunday 15 Nov and the reason I ask is because the 767 was in extremely good nick on the inside - looked new - but the FA I was chatting to seemed to think it was at least two years since that particular aircraft had been given a new interior.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
