There was something in how they booking agent input my name that was wonky - first/middle or first name spelling maybe.

When I called (can't remember if it was AA or DL; trip was a bit over a year ago), they said I'd just have to check in at the airport so they could verify my documents. While they claimed it was all fixed when I did check in at LHR, I could not do OLCI in for any of the reservation.
