It will depend on fare rules and availability in the right booking class in particular (as well as other factors like date restrictions on the fare, minimum and maximum stopovers, etc). If you use a website that properly caters for multicity (e.g. expedia) then in theory this should price correctly if you select the dates you want.
Thanks for the input. I found a decent fare that way with one stopover, but not with two (that probably requires a non-discounted fare). In any case, one stopover will do.
Follow-up question: Is it possible to request that bags not be checked through, clear immigration at ICN, drop the bags off in storage and then head back airside for the connecting flight?
