Flew that route earlier this month. No need to pre-order as has been suggested. There are typically three western selections and a single Chinese selection. Chinese (and western for that matter) selections and quality do vary in D1, so best bet is to order whatever looks best on menu. Sometimes the Chinese selection is too Chinese for me. Other times, it hits the spot.

PVG-DTW I had Black Cod Miso. Despite my inevitable comparison to the famed dish at Nobu, it was pretty good. Oddly, though I think it may have been a western selection. Best advice is just order what looks good.
