A friend of mine saw a glowing report on it either on TV or in print, then made a special trip there with a group of friends. She was extremely, extremely disappointed. According to her there were few, if any, bargains to be found and much of the merchandise fell into the category of things nobody would want if they were free (half-empty bottles of perfume, used personal items, etc.). Her characterization of the place was sort of bad garage sale meets Goodwill/Salvation Army store with prices generally jacked up 2 or 3 or 4 times what you would expect for the quality and definitely not worth a visit unless you happened to be already driving right by the place anyway.
