Anyone have a number or email for someone at Hertz that can help with the DNR situation? I have same issue as above with Germany - now on DNR - CC company throughout charges as unwarranted. Zero help from Hertz USA
Now receive bill from Hertz Germany for charges in German no less
I have communicated with DNR USA, DNR Germany, and sent an email to customer relations no response form customer relations. DNR Germany says you have bill must pay- DNR USA says we see this all the time and No that it is wrong but we can't help you. As customers do we have nay legal recourse to compel Hertz USA to fix problem?
