I was on a Delta flight in the US 6 or 7 years ago where an improperly secured 767 cart went shooting down the aisle on takeoff with cans and bottles rolling everywhere. The pax whose seat the cart hit was traumatized and the FA responsible was unapologetic and refused to give her name.

I later discovered her first name and that she was reviled by the other FA's. So many complaint letters had been received that she stopped wearing her name tag.
