Depends on what you get out of it.

If lounge access is important to you (and assuming it doesn't get cut for 2016), great.

If you often fly with a lot of luggage, the savings in extra-bag fees could easily offset the cost of a MR.

If you're hoping it'll get you upgraded a lot, then probably not so much.
