I have bought a ticket with Aegean Airline through the Tripsta website in P class and then ask for an upgrade trough the Agean reservation office with my upgrade coupons . Indeed I had received 2 upgrade coupns for business when I got the Sivier Status.

Normally they shoud have gave me the mileage on the economy class ticket I paid but they did not ....

I claimed for this on the website but I was replied that I was not eligible .

Can someone help me or give me an explanation. Thanks for your replies.
