The staff were bizarre. Firstly complaining loudly as they made their way down the aisle that too many people were taking immigration cards and they were going to run out.
I would have thought that most passengers on a BHX-JFK are either US or UK citizens. Most of the UK citizen travel under the VWP, they do not need to fill out an immigration form (I94W) anymore. ESTA does it for them.
Only passenger with a real visa have to fill out that immigration card.
Thus, I am wondering why would AA run out of them.
