"Mileage run"
"Oh ... I've heard of those ... trying for Platinum?"
"well - gold - but yes"
<studies boarding passes>
"So - let me get this right - you're flying to DC ... but you're not leaving the airport at all?"
"no".
<roll of eyes from the agent with a smile>
"You're just going for the miles?"
"Yes"
<another roll of eyes>
"Well ... have ... erm ... fun"
