The shopping portal (Gate 365) on the BA website is very easy. You just click through the link to any of the shops (not just BA) including John Lewis and M&S... Not sure how quickly they post though- sometimes it is quick and sometimes it is much slower. I would maybe suggest doing this and if they haven't posted in time buy the avois...
