You need another flight. IAD-DFW-IAD day trip would do it. I am assuming that you need 4 segments on AA. Alternately, BKK-LHR-DFW-IAD would leave you about 160 miles short. Then you could take the shuttle from DCA-LGA-DCA.
That's going to be brutal, was hoping I could find something less painful lol
