It might be helpful for you to note that the city buses go from bus stop 19 at Heathrow Central bus station. Nene Road is the third stop as arollins has said. The full list of busses that stop there are 105, 111, 140, 285. If you look out the left hand side of the bus you will see the Park Inn set slightly back from the road between the second bus stop (Sipson Way/Blunts Avenue) and the third bus stop (Nene Road). The trip on the bus takes about 4 minutes so don't worry if you don't get a seat. And the walk from the bus stop is about three minutes. The petrol (gas) station has a small shop and there is an Italian restaurant behind it as well if you don't want to eat in the hotel.
The stop going back to Heathrow is the other side of the road opposite the petrol (gas) station and a bit to the left. It is also called Nene Road but it has the letters BM above it and has an indicator telling when the buses are coming. The ones going to Heathrow will say Heathrow Central most, but not all of them do so make sure you get the right one!
When you get to Heathrow Central to get to Terminal 5 follow the signs to the Heathrow Express and get the train to T5. There is no charge for the journey between terminals.
If you are going into London the underground is much cheaper and only a little longer than the Heathrow Express. Get an Oystercard from the machine in the Underground station and put a day travelcard on it. That means you can travel free on the underground, buses and trains for £11.70 all day. There is an additional £5 deposit for the card but there is a machine to refund you the cost as well. when you come back. There are guys from London Underground who stand near the machines to offer assistance if needed.
Thanks, looking forward.
