Turkish Comfort Class on the 777s out of YYZ is absolutely superb. Great food, the largest bathrooms you will ever see in the air. Seating in large seats is 2X3X2 on 777, pretty impressive IMHO. The only down side is the seats do not fully recline (like C seats but large with great leg room) and the wine and booze barely flow ;ike on most Arab carriers. You have to ask for that and insist.

The cherry juice is wonderful, a Turkish treat.

The Lounge in IST is probably the best in the whole world. Food and treats like you have never seen. Showers only available for those with longer stop overs and there is even a smoking spot at the other end of the terminal for those of us still partaking!

One also gets extra AE miles for flying in Comfort Class, I think it is 10% extra.
