Certainly, that is the case and I am aware of this. However, if I fly in paid business class, it's 300% of actual miles flown, which also counts as elite qualification. So, for ICN-FCO-EZE RT, you get credited for 25K x 300% for your elite status miles = 75K EQM, leaving you just 5K miles short for 80K mile requirement for FAP.

Now, the bonus calculation for this promotion is another story... which I am not certain how to calculate if you fly in paid business class with AZ on those promotion qualifying routes.
